    Quality standards

What gets approved, and what does not.

    Original work

You made it yourself, and the fonts, photos and icons in it are ones you may use.

    Print-ready

Right size, 300 DPI images, enough bleed, and text that is not too close to the edge.

    Easy to edit

Real text and shapes that someone else can change in a few taps.

    Copied or traced designs

Work that copies another designer, a brand or a template from somewhere else.

    Flattened pictures

A single image with the words baked in, so nothing can be edited.

    Low-resolution images

Blurry or stretched photos that will look poor once printed.

    Every campus

Universities, polytechnics and colleges of education, across Nigeria.

Wherever you study, you can apply. Here is a sample of the schools our creators come from.

    Learn as you go

Your design can end up on a real wall.

Ifiok is a print service as well as an editor. Approved templates are used by real businesses who print them, so we teach you how work is made print-ready.

Design, order and delivery all happen in one place.

    • Design on your phone

You do not need a laptop. The Ifiok editor works on a phone.

    • Print basics

Bleed, CMYK and 300 DPI explained in plain words, with examples.

    • Submission checklist

The ten checks reviewers use, so you can pass them before you submit.

    Frequently asked questions

    Who can apply?

Right now the program is open to students, NYSC corps members and professional designers in Nigeria. It is free to join.

    Who approves my templates?

The Ifiok team. Every submission is reviewed for quality, originality and print readiness before it is approved.

    How long does review take?

About 5 working days. We review quality, not quantity, so send your best work.

    How do I get paid?

Your payouts appear on your creator dashboard when you sign in. You add your payout details there after you are approved, so the application never asks for a bank account.

    Do I need a laptop?

No. The editor works on a phone, and many creators design entirely on one.

    What can I submit?

Original templates such as CVs, flyers, invoices, posters, business cards and wedding invitations. Work you did not make yourself is not accepted.

I am not in Nigeria. Can I join?

Not yet. The program is open in Nigeria only for now.
